Maiker Housing Partners, formally known as Unison Housing Partners, came to Peak Creative looking to re-name and re-brand due to conflicting name usage in California. As the lead designer on this project, I created this mark to symbolize the identity and meaning Maiker gets from creating a home. For Maiker, creating a home is a combination of a safe, stable, and affordable physical space; and a thriving community that provides access to jobs, services, transportation, and social engagements for all residents. This clean, modern mark helps visually represent the next chapter for innovative public housing, while focusing that their door is always open.
